1 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz Irish Cream
1 dash Simple Syrup
1 scoop Ice Cream
3 oz (Cold) Espresso

Chilly Irishman Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into parfait glasses, garnish with clover leafs, and serve.
