2 oz Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Orange Bitters
Applejack Manhattan Directions Pour the Applejack brandy, vermouth and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
